Where We Don't Operate
In compliance with various state laws in India, Diu Win does not offer its services in the following states and territories where online gaming is restricted or prohibited:
- Andhra Pradesh
- Assam
- Nagaland
- Odisha
- Sikkim
- Telangana
- Tamil Nadu (certain restrictions apply)
We use geo-blocking technology to prevent access from these regions. Attempting to circumvent these restrictions is a violation of our Terms of Service.
Why Are Some States Restricted?
Certain state governments in India have enacted laws that restrict or prohibit online gaming activities. While rummy is recognized as a game of skill by the Supreme Court of India, we respect all local laws and regulations.
